Located on the A640 between Huddersfield and Shaw near Rochdale. 
Park at the Buckstones Pub (call for a drink afterwards,  good food too.)

COMMENTS

A busy site with many complications. Recommended for experienced Club Pilots with 25 hours minimum. Ridge follows a road, with telephone lines , rocks and a busy tourist car park to the east.  Bottom landing not recommended.  Take care when wind is from the southwest - severe turbulence from the back of March Hill. Rotor, sever in strong winds behind the extensive cliff edge on top. Good XC potential.
