Please do not fly on any land where permission has not been sought. We recommend that before any approach is made on any new site, that contact through the club be sought, to avoid disputes arising. No liability will be accepted for the accuracy of this guide by Airborne, it’s Directors, employees or associates. Any decision to fly on any site is taken only by the pilot concerned. You are clearly warned that you accept all risks and will protect from any claim, howsoever it may arise, Airborne, it’s Directors, employees or associates. You will at all times carry Third Party Liability Insurance of a minimum of £2,000,000.

You must fully appreciate that hang gliding, paragliding and paramotoring are dangerous sports with a real risk of serious injury .and fully accept the risk that you could suffer personal injuries, death or damage or financial loss a result of taking part in these dangerous sports. You must agree to save Airborne, its’ agents, instructors, representatives or associates from any claim and also understand that you have no right to claim compensation from Airborne, its’ agents, instructors, representatives or associates in respect of any such accident causing damage or injury to you. This is additional to your statutory rights that are unaffected. If you cannot accept this you must cease flying immediately.
